Abstract submission
To prepare your abstract, follow the guidelines and use the submission template available here.
Submission is to be completed online using this link: Submit your abstract
- All registered participants are eligible to submit an abstract. Registration can be completed after the evaluation and decision.
- All abstracts will be evaluated by a review committee. Based on scientific merit, the scientific committee will select abstracts for the following:
- Abstract for Oral / Poster presentation: Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present their work as an oral presentation during the resident session. In case of rejection for an oral presentation, the abstract will be evaluated for presentation as a poster.
- Abstract for Poster presentation
- Poster prizes: three poster prizes will be awarded.
The deadline for abstract submission is October 16th, 2026.
Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the submitting author by mid November 2026.

The Conference will be held at the Lecture hall of the Veterinary Campus: Länggassstrasse 124c, 3000 Bern (see Google Maps).
